Collective Worship

Assemblies take place every day linked to a weekly theme.  A class-led assembly is held on a Friday.  These are a feature of our school and an opportunity for children to explore spiritual, social , moral and cultural issues, reflect their learning and develop their self-confidence. Pupils also complete reflective journals as a personal response to the weekly themes. Parents and friends are warmly welcome to attend the class assemblies and other events that celebrate the life and work of the school.  Any parent wishing to exercise their right to withdraw their children from part of the Religious Education work  or Collective Worship is asked to contact the Headteacher.
